- Be able to perform safe and efficient maintenance, installation, and repair of ALL types of heating (hydronic, steam, forced, radiant, heat pumps, and electric) systems, ventilation (HRV & ERV's,) systems, and air conditioning systems in a residential and light commercial setting.
- Manage and develop a team of technicians with technical help on the job and via phone to ensure that services meet company and industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure service-related projects are quoted to customers quickly and within budget.
- Be able to assist with estimating equipment installation according to company standards.
- Be on-call rotation to assist with customer serviceability.
- Be proficient with computers, ipad, phones, and other office equipment.
- Be able to muiti-task and juggle multiple priorities.
- Be able to coordinate with estimator and office staff for essential business operation issues that may arise.
- Strong leadership and management skills, excellent customer service and sales skills.
