Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 yrs experience.
- Ability to diagnose.
- Repair.
- Install and perform maintenance on all residential systems, including high-efficiency forced air, hydronics, central air conditioning, and heat pumps.
- A clean NYS driver's license and an on-call rotation.
Duties:
- Completing invoices.
- Work orders with follow-through to completion.
Excellent wage payout with commission opportunities. Starting wage with 8 years' experience: $29 and up to $40 for the right team member.
